To us Agile is about to build what the customer really really needs. I share a deep beliefe with the Agile community that there is high value in focusing on delivering working software, on customer collaboration, on individuals and their interactions and on responding to change. As Alistair Cockburn I also beliefe that in the heart of Agile there is four major components. Delivery - with a constant focus on Income and Learning. Collaboration - with emphasiz on Customer and Team collaboration. Reflection - always keep questioning always keep learning. Improvement - always allow yourself to try new ways and experiment to validate your hypothesis.

To us Lean is the pursue of continuous improvement by not allowing any kind of waste. Putting my lean head on I love to encourage other peoples creativity and also their respect for people. Everything we do is a team effort. Since waste is like gravity the need for improvements is endless. 90% of everything you do is waste. That's why I like to encourage my clients in never looking at the waste of others, because you will always have plenty of your own!
And at the core of it all Lean is not about working fast, but rather working smooth.
